Apple Watch prototype framing is complete. The recovery engine update is reflected in the current product direction. The website now supports waitlist, portal, and admin groundwork.

Baseline is still pre-launch. This page exists to show momentum without pretending the product is already broadly available.

Current focus
Email/password authentication, waitlist metadata, user verification flows, dashboard structure, and internal admin tooling are the active website systems workstreams.
Planned
Upcoming milestones
Provider-agnostic auth expansion, stronger waitlist referrals, legal/trust completion, email delivery, and beta invite workflows are next in line.

Baseline is not hardcoded around email/password. The website architecture leaves room for Apple and Google providers once the backend pieces are ready.
